The Ferguslie Dye Gardeners is a free, fortnightly group for residents of Ferguslie Park to learn, grow, share and create natural dyes and print pastes from flowers and plants we cultivate together in the Sculpture House Dye Garden throughout the growing season.
This year we have had huge success growing Calendula and French Marigolds with flowers in abundant supply. We've also grown Japanese Indigo, Coreopsis, Woad and dahlias.
We have been learning how to grow the flowers from seed, prick out the seedlings plant out and harvest them.
If you live in Fergsulie Park and want to find out more have a look here or email us at hello@lauraspring.co.uk
